1. Who we are

MindVault Technologies LLC ("MindVault," "we," "us") is based in Texas, USA. This policy covers information we handle through mindvaultinc.com, business inquiries, and authorized evaluations of MindVault software. Visiting our website does not install any MindVault software.

When an organization runs MindVault with its own workforce, that organization decides who takes part and for what security purpose, and MindVault handles product data on its behalf under a written agreement.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us. Name, work email, company, job title, and message. Our website and form providers may also receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit.

When MindVault software is in use. On participating devices, the MindVault sensor collects behavioral interaction patterns, such as keystroke timing and rhythm, pauses, mouse movement, and event counts, along with device and session identifiers. This data can relate to a person when linked to a device or account, so we treat it as personal data and handle it as sensitive security data.

3. How we use information

We use contact information to respond to you, schedule meetings, and manage our business relationship. We use product data to build each user's interaction pattern baseline, measure confidence in who is operating a session, deliver verdicts to the organization's chosen destination, support the service, and keep it secure.

MindVault is a security tool. It is not designed to measure employee productivity, attendance, or performance.

4. When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and the product, under contract; with the organization using MindVault, which receives verdicts at the destination it chooses; when required by law; or as part of a merger or acquisition, with appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal obligations, or as set out in our agreement with the organization using MindVault. When an evaluation or agreement ends, we delete or return product data as that agreement specifies.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data we handle and review them as MindVault grows. No system is perfectly secure.

7. Your rights and choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you gave us by writing to info@mindvaultinc.com. If your data was collected through your employer's use of MindVault, contact your employer or write to us and we will work with them. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
